Good concept but crappy implementation - that thing must be heavy and complex. And yeah, goodbye trunk space.

These days it would be best to do it with a simple electric/hydraulic/whatever's easiest jack that lifts the car onto some small electrically-driven wheels (thus no need for whatever Rube Goldberg drive arrangement that thing uses).

Then after all that, you probably wouldn't use it that often.
