Ford Flex would be super nice. At casa Jake we went one generation older and bought a Taurus X over the winter to upgrade from the Mazda3 we were outgrowing. Nice car, you should be able to buy about 3 for 50 large.

I picked up an off lease '05 Acura MDX a few years ago for the wife. We've put over 80k absolutely trouble free miles on it for a total of 110k. She loves it so much that she dreads the day we have to replace it. I would buy another in a heartbeat - As long as it's not for me!

A buddy of mine showed up with an "ecoboost" Flex the other day. He likes it a lot, and I can't figure out why I like it too. Turbo engines are good, but I like the shoebox styling. I don't really understand myself some days.

Ford Flex with the EcoBoost. Very nice, just about 50k.

We just bought an '06 Sequoia with 23k miles for $22k. It has leather, Limited wheels, rear air, etc. Gas mileage isn't great, but it is comfy for 7 and has good towing capacity for future projects!

7 people in a SAAB 95 would have to be very friendly or very small
