I didn’t realize I had posted here; they straightened this out and got all the parts to me. Everything was correct, everything worked well. I like RA better than AMazon or eBay and I hate going to the flaps and having to explain what I want. No one is perfect though.

I have had no unfix-able problems with RO so far. As for the magnets, check under the box flaps and in the shipping invoice packet. I sometimes get two per box.
