Try your local appliance parts house. Any microwave safe plate that fits should work just sitting on the turntable.
The turntable that's on it is VERY wobbly. The shaft is plastic and so is the hub on the aluminum thing, and you can't put much weight on them. I'm thinking it probably takes one of those rings with wheels on it under the plate, but I don't really know.

Measure it and then check here with this search:

Some of those glass plates are very expensive. I put my old microwave on CL when it died so someone could grab parts off of it. Either that or a local appliance repair place may be able to find a cheaper one.

Tuna beat me to it. Repair Clinic FTW.
Epoxy one of these to the stem so the outer ring sits on the pan floor:
Plastic lazy suzan bearing
Then set the largest pyrex platter that fits on top of it.
