Pop the canopy, click the 5 point and slam the stick left and gravity will take care of the rest.
Remember to hook your chute D ring to the plane, it will auto open after the elevator knocks you out.
The saying goes, "nose heavy planes fly poorly, tail heavy planes fly once".
60 deg of roll, 45 deg pitch is considered aerobatics by the FAA, thus requiring a chute. As a pilot I've always said the only way I'd jump out of a plane is if its on fire with one wing. Strange to see that in reality.

NBC has been making a point of saying it's an "NBC licensed video", so probably not. At least for a while. You'll just have to suffer for a whole 30 seconds.
