I dig it. I used to have pictures of something similar, but different bodywork, on my old work computer. I think that was a sort of a vintage/non-vintage trackday special, though.

I have long thought that the driveline from one of BMW's 'brick' K-bikes (the ones with the horizontally-oriented inline four) would make a great start for a three-wheeled Locost.

Anything that steers should have CV booties to keep dirt out of the universals or CVs. BMWs are shaft drive exiting the rear of the engine. It would seem less work to make a driveshaft going aft than making something to put out CV shafts.

I've been know to take the long way around a project though....
