I thought it was a Cushman from the pics until I clicked on the link.
You need that at the airstrip to move gliders around.
I've always wondered what the benefit of a single front wheel is in applications like this. Anyone have ideas?

Very tight turning circle for crowded Japanese cities, less overall part count for cheaper manufacture. IDK if Japan has easier licensing for driving 3 wheels like the UK does.

The BAT listing from 4 years ago says it's a TM15 powered by a 2 cylinder OHV 1100cc motor of some sort. Judging from the hood rust pattern it's the same trucklet.
