There isnt a recording yet but if everyone wants i can sort thru practice room recordings and the live video and come up with a demo of sorts but it wont be the best recording quality ever, it will be like Interstellar Sledgehammer is playing live in your living room though. really thats kinda cool isnt it?

I mentioned the band name in passing here and some people liked it. We are a fairly new band, it started as something that we were just jamming around with, then some some friends got to hear it and then we ended up playing my wedding so we havent been in a studio yet.

But there is a video that a friend/fan took at the wedding, ill see if it came out decent and i can upload it onto the Facebook page. Guess ill be listening thru some practice recordings too and get something uploaded.

 

And seriously, if anyone want stickers ill get some printed up. My wife (and keyboards/sax/vocals in the band) is a graphic designer/print production person. Im sure we can figure out something

What's the sticker size? 

Interstellar Sledgehammer seems super appropriate on my S600. Especially if the sticker can be placed across the entire upper part of my rear windshield. 

My spaceship (1985 Citroen cx wagon) desperately needs an Interstellar Sledgehammer sticka!

Kazoo Jr. is a huge sci-fi fan and very into music.  I have no doubt he would rock an "Interstellar Sledgehammer" sticker on his Protege5.  My only concern is he might start wearing black plastic frame glasses and mumbling about how "you've probably never heard of them."  

I think I came up with a recipe that should be strong, smooth, and require minimal extra ingredients (none of which are Jager).  I submit for your approval, the

Interstellar Sledgehammer (shot):

• 1-1/4 oz Vodka (or use everclear if you're not going to be busy for about a month...)
• 1/2oz Triple sec
• 3/4oz lemon juice
• Shake with ice and strain into one shooter glass, or two shot glasses (one for you, one for a friend!).  Float approximately 1/4 - 1/2oz blue Curacao into each glass to give the drink a thick dark blue layer on top*

* If you've never floated a liquor before, it's easy just get one of these pour spouts , cover the air hole with your finger, and pour gently onto the top of your shot.  Make the layer as thick or as thin as you like.

If you make this, please post a picture.  I live in a dry country and need to live vicariously through you guys

Interesting! I was leaning more towards a cask strength Laphroaig, amaretto mixed with a good thick stout or Porter but now I have to try that!

The font in the logo is a font made by my wife actually, it was posted by John Welsh in the second post of this thread.
