IMDB, My Soccer Pro, Convert Units, F1 Racing, 2010 FIFA World Cup. Except the last one, they were all free. Also I have heard good things about some of the dyno apps. I need to get one.

Remote allows you to control your computer's iTunes from the iPod via your wifi network. Epicurious has a pretty good recipe app if you're into cooking. Words With Friends is a Scrabble-type game without move timers so you just play whenever you get a chance with either a random person or someone you know.
There's also a Logitech touch mouse app that gives you keyboard and mouse capabilities.
VLC Remote will remotely control the VLC player.
