Considering it says "body only", I'm wondering if the whole frame actually has nothing to do with the cab that's sitting on top of it.

I've been looking for a cab like that for a while, and that one is worth less than half what he's asking.

It's a Vega.

I saw a guy buy a rusted pile of metal once because it had a rare Ferrari VIN plate on it. He was going to "rebuild" it with 99.999999999999% new parts.

So anything is technically "rebuildable".
