My wife (4'11") has trouble finding cars that she can drive. She has problems seeing out of the Sportage, and can't reach the pedals very well in the forte, even with the seat moved up as far as it goes.
We just found an 01 325ci for 8k at a dealer, so for sure it could be had for >7500
110k miles, automatic (she isn't very good at driving manual and will be using it just to drive to school and work)
It is in excellent condition, but we are wondering if anyone out there is around her size and has had any experience with driving an e46? I've driven a few, but I am 6' tall, so it makes a bit of a difference and I can't really relate to her height situation lol
any thoughts or comments? (or answers, lol)

My grandma would keep a pillow in the car to sit on when she drove....

My mom is the opposite of tall (hi, Mom) and my parents are on their second E46 sedan. I'd check it out.

thanks , all. We're just waiting for the money to get here from the sell of her family's apartment in Colombia. hopefully the test drive will turn out good for the e46, really like those cars! (and if she buys it i'll get to drive it sometimes too. lol)
