I have a 2015 for my work van. It does work van things so can't say much. Seems the fuel pumps go out at 50,000 miles. There's something about the rear brake rotors where they have to turn them on the vehicle. I think they've done that once so far and I'm at 78k miles. According to the van over that 78k I've averaged 10.2 mpg but that's a lot of city driving.
Not necessarily related to the discussion, but Jonny Smith just did a review of the electric version of the Ford Transit van on the Late Brake Show.
Front rotors are a 90's Honda design, meaning the bearing has to come out of the knuckle, and there is a long torx bit involved. Rears can be changed without removing the axle.

Maybe it is the front. Funny after posting I realize I don't care at all about my work van. If something is broke let the company pay to fix it.
