Funny you should ask, we have something along those lines in the works.
I helped some people put together a club about 10-years ago. In our case(in Illinois), the state has a department that deals with chartering NFPs that was able to give them the guidance & direction to get it started.
Which is no help at all, but I couldn't resist. 
No, actually it's a great help. Now we all know who to ignore in all future posts!
