I have NEVER seen that logo before! I love it! Look for that one in the future for sure.
Yeah that logo is awesome, and goes for big money for a full set to the Miata guys.
It'll sell like hotcakes over on ClubRoadster.
I've heard that before.. and am now a paying advertiser of clubroadster... not a lot of action coming from over there to be honest with you. miata.net is still my bread and butter.
Many people ask on the forums and "ask the expert" columns of sports car sites and magazines; "What is the best daily driver to start out in autocross and maybe take to the occasional track day?" or "What is the best car to make a cheap track dog?" or "What car should I get for a good weekend drive without breaking the bank?" The answer is ALWAYS miata. Now you can answer the question before anyone asks with this black shirt with the "answer" in the middle of the chest. The ghosted first generation, or NA (89-97), Miata in the background makes sure they know... yes... that miata.
gearheadshirts wrote: Yeah... so someone already makes that one. But I'd be down with putting a whole car on a shirt maybe along with the boost stuff.
IF you do the whole car.. it has to be an SPG/Aero
I'm not familiar with saab so what should I add to my list at:

So everyone who wants to vote for it will know what I'm talking about.

ClubRoadster is the trendiest place on the internet i'm pretty sure. Make a trendy shirt like that, and they will come.
If you made a shirt that said "Racelands are awesome" they would buy it. Or "Needs more low."
I know a lot of people that would go with Rx-7 or Rotary related shirts.
A shirt like the Miata Generations style shirt would be cool with the SA/FC/FD Rx-7s.
Something with Rotors would be cool too.
I dig the boot gauge... maybe with the guide bar somewhere towards the top and have it say "this is how much you've got comming"
In reply to NineLivesJohnny:
I'd love to but that's up to the GRM staff. They've accounted for a lot of my sales in the past so I know they're fans :)

Me, too.
If you do it, and need a scan of either an actual gauge or a photo from a marketing piece, let me know, as I have a couple brochures and, if they don't have the gauge, I can photograph an actual gauge. Personally, I wouldn't want the one that's shown above -- I'd want it to look authentic.
Black Miata presale is at 100%!!!!!!! These will be ordered tomorrow. Leaving them on sale with free shipping until tomorrow night however so if you haven't gotten in yet now is your chance! They'll still be plenty available after the presale is over but why not save yourself $5?
Thanks to all who have ordered so far!
Ha. Luckily there is none.. yet. You never know what our fans will vote in on the facebook poll however.

Idea for a Britcar shirt? I'd love something like this:
With the caption: "SCCA. Since 1944, the original Import Movement."
SCCA logo on it would be cool, but they sometimes want serious money for the rights.
I do like the "original imports" thing.. not sure about the car though.. might have to have more mass appeal.. mgb, tr4 & mini maybe. Or maybe TC, TR3, TRV.. something that shows an evolution in british design.

Good point. Y'know..thinking about it a little more, some of the wild stuff from the 50s or 60s would be a better seller. Maserati Birdcage, the original Ferrari Testarossa, Jag C or D type, I was about to mention Balchowsky's "Old Yeller" cars, but there's probably not enough people that remember them. Maybe an old Cunningham?
Or like you said, more mass-produced. TR-3 or MGA would be great.
EDIT: The Maser Birdcage would be an expensive one to screen, unless you either did a low angle shot, or an "artistic rendition"..all those little tubes would be a bitch.

I would be all over that shirt but it should have the T-series on it since the T-series started the sports car revolution.
