...That I need to keep a 5th of Jack in my desk. Its only 2 hours into my shift and I am pretty sure almost everyone has berkley'd up. Everything from messing up the computer system, to driving through a closed bay door on a forklift...well 1/2 closed. Oh, and I am the only one that can deal with it. I need a vacation! Rant off!

Anyone got any small business ideas for me, or want to rant too?

You could become a "Cleaner". You know, since you're good at dealing with berkleyed up situations. They get paid well I understand.

there's a hot shot fork truck driver at work who wheels in at warp speed, pulls the door open cord on the fly and while the door is just opening slips the forks through, then the cage as the door opens further.

I want sooo bad to kill the power to that door and watch the impact

In reply to fasted58: There's probably two sprockets and a bicycle chain running it. Just change one sprocket to slow it up a bit.

You ever notice that once one person messes up, it seems that EVERYONE does? I feel for you, been there, done that.. still waiting on my teeshirt

Place I used to work for, a forklift driver took out the door. That door was older than me and was a heavy wood and glass affair that needed to be hand cranked up (did I mention it was 65 feet high and 30 across) and when he took the door out.. the Entire rotted structure came down ontop of the forklift.

It did give me an easy weeks worth of work though. Because the door was so large, it could not be easily repaired.. so I got to spend overnights at work just making sure nobody tried to sneak in to steal stuff

I just have so much E36 M3 to do...

Had a blowout this past friday on the MX6, so i've been rolling snow tires up front. (Cushy ride, btw...)

My replacement came in at Walmart yesterday. (Yes, walmart. It's just a Nexen, i don't care.) So i have to go there, get my tire mounted and picked up. Then go to the Mazda dealership to ask them why the messed up my hardware order that is currently preventing me from putting the Escort back on the ground.

Then i get to rotate some wheels/tires on the MX6 so i can have the Toyos in the front, Nexens in the back.

Blargh.

Who wants to come out to Indy to help me put a car together?!?!??!

My day is right up there!

Started the day with the car on E

Forgot my blackberry at home

Core router and switch went south, taking out phone and terminal servers.

Another server at a remote office decided it was done allowing access to reports.

I "think" we're ok now. it's been an hour and a half.

11:30 and I'm ready for a beer and to hide from this place.

and on top of it all, burn my tongue on the coffee.

To early for beer?

You guys missed the memo, Tuesday was the day everything was supposed to get berkeleyed up. Tuesday, everything in the brewery broke, a couple pumps, a freq. drive, and a seal on a heat exchanger. And then I cooked 100 bbls of beer (maybe). And a tank blew a pressure-relief disc and spewed beer onto the ceiling, and then onto the floor in a 20-foot radius.
