(01/07/09) GARDEN CITY - A Ronkonkoma man who donated a kidney to his wife is now suing her to get it back after the marriage turned sour.
Dr. Richard Batista, a surgeon at Nassau University Medical Center, donated the kidney in 2001 when his wife was sick. He says sometime after the transplant, he found out she had an affair.
Dominic Barbara, Batista’s attorney, says in theory, his client is asking for the return of the kidney. However, the doctor says he will accept the monetary value of the organ, which Barbara says is $1.5 million. The lawyer says that amount includes the wife’s medical costs and her loss of employment had she not been able to get the transplant.
Medical experts agree it is not likely Batista will get the kidney or the money. News 12 Long Island left several messages for Mrs. Batista's lawyer to find out her side of the story, but received no response.

I'll sell one as well! It's a relatively safe and honest way to make that much money.
Also in the guy's defense, it's some cold E36 M3 when you give your wife a kidney and she can't be kind enough to not cheat on you in return.
I guess it is better than cutting her open and taking it back on his own.

My wife has threatened the same with my man vegtables. The way she sees it, they're hers and if I cheat, she'll want them back.

Go to the Philippines. Thats where the kidney market is.
My kidneys should be in great shape. I keep them regularly flushed with beer.
My first impression of this was, wow, when you do something nice like save someone's life, you do it with good intentions, not for reward. But then, how is this chick gonna go and cheat on him after what he did for her. She is a kunt.
