...it was less humid IN the shower.
Ba-dum-dum. OK, Pithy ones, aditions?
Index is only 115 today here. Cold front must be moving through. I'm getting chills just thinking about it.
Had the blower motor on my furnace/AirCon go out on the hotest day of the year for Appleton, WI. It was sweet. At least it wasn't when we had -24°F or whatever the low was this year.
It's so humid, I can't tell when I get out of the shower. Who sweats in a cold shower? I can't stand it anymore.
I am off to remove the front bumper of my saab so I can get the engine and trans out. If only I had parked it the OTHER way around after it had died.... I should return abut 15 pounds lighter from fluid loss

Get kiddies out of school on your block to help turn it around? Use two floor jacks and rotate it? Got lights, put it off until tonight.? Wait until it cools off a bit this weekend (everything is relative...) If you gots to do it today, when you think it's time to drink some water, you're already getting dehydrated.
It's so hot and humid that....
....I put my burgers in the oven to let them cool off.
....when I went to my gym this morning, all the old naked men were sitting on the steps outside instead of in the "indoor" sauna.

That's funny, weather.com says the index in st. louis is 100 f.
The willamette valley is broken. The last few weeks have been in the high 60's to low 70's. Rainy and overcast. It is like a second march or something.

I am doing it a bit at a time. Unfortunately, there is a BIG rise up from the ground to garage level.. it would take three people to push a car up and over it.. AND my garage already has a fiat and an NG900 in it. Next week I will be down to a fiat
The hottest days I've spent in the last few years were in Wisconsin. (including last Sunday at Road America)
and I live in FLORIDA!
and don't talk to me about bugs in FL, the Midwest has mosquitoes big enough to carry you away
that said.....I really do love it up there---- the people are the nicest in the country.

I recently had to do a 90 minute drive at night from MKE to Oshkosh, and the front of my (just washed) rental car was literally covered in bugs 20 minutes in. Some of the bugs appeared to have intestines made of superglue, as the wipers w/ fluid did nothing but smear the goop around until dry.

Mosquito: The upper midwest's state bird.
Worked at my computer all day in a tank top and underwear. It's gross here, like a steaming swamp of humidity.
20-25 degrees, dry air, friendly summer sun, bit of a breeze here, perfect!
"Here" would be Victoria, B.C. if you're wondering.
...And I'm heading back to the septic sauna that is Toronto on Tuesday. Cockity E36 M3crap, I can't wait.

It's wierd when anywhere but the mountains in BC is refered to being 'dry' compared to Toronto. Also, it has been crazy humid in Alberta all summer, I've never saw this before 0_o
