Saw a report that something like 160-170 houses were damaged by a tornado in Palm Coast this weekend. Hope you were spared.

Being that he just posted to facebook about the new GRM Podcast (aka competition) about 15 minutes ago, I'll go out on a limb, so to speak, and say he is just fine.
Yeah, we're fine. We're at the extreme south end of Palm Coast, and it's kind of tall and skinny, so the weather on the south side can be considerably different than the weather on the north side.
That said, we got one hell of a downpour for about 20 minutes on Saturday, but very little wind. Then my phone went off at about 3am with a "OMFG TORNADO RUN!" message. I looked around, saw no tornados in our bedroom, farted and went back to sleep. It was pretty uneventful.
The damage that was done was mostly carports and pool enclosures. Nothing too major except for a very few houses. Most everything in Palm Coast is built like a bunker, anyway.

Sneaky. I like your style.
Yeah. Sorry I missed this post earlier.
Good news. I was thinking of you guys the other night. Went to pick up some cat food and was harassed by the cheekiest little red/gold and green parrot you ever saw. What a cutie.

This is the funniest thing I've read all day.

Can an editor's quote make it to the "Say What?" column in the print magazine? If not, you better reconsider that. Quote of the month right there!

I'm an android/PC guy, so I've been slow on the podcast thing. Apparently there's an app for android podcast compatibility. This might be the impetus to get me on the podcast train--especially since Stern & Jason Ellis will be on vacation well into the New Year.

Go to the link as stated above, select episode one and presto. You're welcome.
SHOULD work on PC and Android, but it will depend on the software you are running. If your devices are up to date, there should be no problem.
By the way, my wife was up there running a half-marathon that evening. They called the race early, so she got to do half of a half. Apparently she was about 2 miles from where they landed.
Some of my friends live in the affected area. They lost a couple of shingles and had some small debris in their yard.
I was up there for work (property adjuster) yesterday. Where it touched down was pretty bad. Like 4" tree sticking horizontally through a wall, large pines and palms bent 90° and debris penetrating block walls.
