who started "it" in every way at every opportunity? Z? i think it was you that said that only Z and M know exactly what happened that night, which i agree with. As it is not illegal to walk or run in the same direction as another person on a public path, or even follow and watch a person in a public place, Z did nothing illegal, and certainly nothing to warrant being attacked by M.
