or Horizon TC3
'87 would make it the last year for the Charger/Turismo versions.

Just to add confusion, the Turismo was also offered with a trim package know as Duster.

It is badge engineering at its finest. It is an L-body of some sort -- could be a Horizon TC3, an Omni O24, a Turismo, a Duster, a De Tomaso (yes, you read it correctly -- a seperate model but really just trim on an O24), a Charger, a Shelby Charger (okay, that's a stretch)

Most assuredely it is not a Rampage or a Scamp.

It's probably a Pininfarina design.

Hell, ChryCo didn't even bother with different names for the neon between Plymoth and Dodge...

$500, it doesn't run, and they don't bother to tell you what it is?

At least they listed the phone number for those with night vision goggles.

Hey, he said it was a Plymouth Turismo although it does look more like a Dodge something from the front. I don't understand all of the rhetoric.

GM didn't either for the Suburban for GMC and Chevy for a while.

Ahhh, that brings back memories. In HS my second car was a '87 Dodge Charger in metallic brown just like a big sparkly turd. The Turismo's were the exact same car as the Chargers.

Mine had a big CHARGER 2.2L sticker emblazoned across the hood and a chrome valve cover. Yeah, it was that cool. That thing would scream and to date is the fastest I've ever been in a car (I did lots of dumb things when I was younger).

The best was when my friend and I raced a kid who just got a new Cavalier Z-24. His daddy bought it for him because he lettered in football or something. Needless to say he never lived down getting beat by a true sooper turd.

Parents had one when I was in HS and was one of the first cars I drove. Always got a kick out of the Audi logo on the head and the real Holley carb on the 2.2.

Now, thats giving it a bit too much credit. Lets just say its a VW group casting. Also, if it had the VW sign, it was a 1.7. The Holley/Weber was a popular donor carb for the Solex carbed Rabbits when they refused to stay fixed.

Dad had a Plymouth Horizon Tc3. Took my driver's test in it. POS. Door handles were always broken. Seemed to be a common problem on these cars.

Daytona had a different nose. My Dad had and 84 Omni that I took my driving test in and later I owned an 84 Daytona. Unfortunately, both had the 2.2 w/ 3-spd auto.

If its stock the only cars that look like that are the charger and turismo. The other versions all had single headlights. I had a shelby charger for a while, I was not impressed.
