I dont see how Kill 'Em All can be 30. It was only a couple years old when I discovered Metallica. Must be some mistake.

And Rush is even older. Not sure which fact is more depressing.

I can. Things get more awesome with age. It's way too good an album to be new.

Want me to bring a copy? I think I still have it here somewhere.
(Spoiler: It wasn't all that great production-wise)
Heck, I have a CD with a bunch of stuff when Ron McGovney was bassist.

I saw Rush in the mid seventies and they were already big

Grr.... want these shoes. But can't because there is a kind of cultural divide between Converse and Vans people and I'm a Converse person.

If a gang of Converse wearing people and a gang of Vans wearing people meet in the street is there some sort of hipster/punk/skater version of West Side Story?
Insane; I had an 8track that we listened to over and over in my 78 LeBaron. I even taped it onto a tape later for added high quality, lol.

The late 70's guys in their dad's old army shirts and Levi's beat the E36 M3 out of them and take their bikes to a soundtrack featuring the BronY-Aur Stomp.
We didn't berkeley around back then. We had switchblade combs and boomboxes the size of a Magnavox console TV. Our hair was fabulous.
one of my favorite albums. it will see some time on my road trip tonight along with some other early Metallica.

There is a really cool 3 part series on YouTube about the early years of Iron Maiden up to Seventh Son. Interviews with the band members and just about every guitarist and singer Stever Harris played with from day-one of starting his own band.
