Are you saying AT&T sucks in Tampa or are you saying AT&T sucks in Jasper, GA.
This article disagrees that AT&T sucks in Tampa though I have never personally used it there. The article seems to say that VZ and ATT are your two best choices in Tampa.
+1 on Trac Phone. Bought one last year at Wally World for $10 and I buy a card every four or five months. It does what I need it to.
