I am currently in Phoenix, but going to Denver for an interview next week. The job i a good one and worth the move. The new office location would be on the west side of the area near the Lakewood/ Golden border.
Any GRM'er have any advice in the area? All I can seem to fins is that there is a huge boom of people flocking to the area and housing prices are nuts. For 2x the money it seems I can get 1/2 the house. Where are the best places for young families that want good schools, but still want a 2 car garage and not pay $3,500/mo in rent?
