From what I understand lobsters taste better when you don't pay for them. At least that's what a friend told me while he was explaining how he got shot in the ass with rock salt. Lobster guys also seem to take things very seriously.

They taste better and get cheaper the closer to the coast you are. I'm berkeleyed for good seafood that doesn't Come out of a hole in the ice.

Crustaceans like lobsters don't have any adrenaline or like systems. The closest they have is a simple glycemic system.
