Then order your ICF with borax. Insects or rodents eat a little and then die.
Borax is not effective on termites. Termites are a significant problem for ICFs Some states restrict their use.
Termites are a big risk in a pretty large area of the country.
There are installation techniques that help, but they add complexity.
