I'd have to say 'nope' to the 'drum brakes'- even our former 10-year-old Prius still had rear drum brakes (now 4-wheel drums, those have thankfully gone the way of the manual choke...).
This thread has been fun checking off how many things my different cars check off.
my '14 Sonic has rear drums

How about a car radio with mechanical station presets?
You had to pull out the push buttons to set the stations...I miss those.

Got one under the bench down cellar.

They're not all gone, it just takes a special kind of stupid to still be willing to drive any of them today.
There are those who say that about people who are willing to drive stick shifts and convertibles.
Hand throttle
Single taillight
Windshield that opened for ventilation.
Manual cowl vent
Cigar lighter on a cord that retracted when released.
85 mph top speed and 19 mpg. Might still be on some models.
Suction cup mounted windshield defroster.
Defroster fans.
I wish I easily add vent wings to my Miata.

How about a manual mechanical lever mounted on the cab of a truck to act as turn signals so you didn't have to stick your arm out the window. Not sure if it was factory or added later.
I'm 46 and I feel priviledged to have driven and worked on cars and trucks with everything listed in this thread. (except for the FM converter and underdash turntable) We've come a long way.
how about pushbutton selection for the autotrans?

Yes yes yes. I've said this everyday for the last 12 years!
What about actual front fenders? I think the jeep tj was the last of them? I know the jk is just a plastic flare.
A key. Like to open the door of the car. No black-magic keyfob that makes your doors unlock from 50 feet away, or little chip thingy that senses your presence unlocks them for you.

This. Hell, my coworkers who are around my age (early 30s) haven't seen these.

I'm 40 and I've never seen one of those...
I used to have a '67 Opel Kadette that had that floor mounted washer pump.
Makes me think of my old VW Beetle that used the spare tire as a pressure source for the windshield washers.
worked great until you had a flat
another "good" idea that wasn't thought all the way through
A large T-Handle under the dash that you pull and turn to set the parking brake.
Windshield fluid pressurized by air pressure, that you have to replace at the gas station.
Someone pumping your gas for you at the Gas Station.
Full-sized bumper jack.
Cable operated rear vent windows.
Factory tool kit.
Ha I got one. Wilson pre-selector gearbox. I haven't driven one and I'm not sure I ever seen one that wasn't at a car show.

C'mon, you live close enough to NJ to know this still happens...
Now, someone cleaning the windows and checking the fluids and air in the tires and filling the tank? You only see that in re-runs.

Shoulder belts that don't retract on an inertia reel, but instead have to be folded up and stored in little clips at the edges of the headliner... where they will spend their entire lives.
Radio antenna wires in the windshield.
Child seats that clip over the back of non-locking seat backs. And non-locking folding seats, for that matter.
Low-rise seat backs without headrests.
Clear plastic "Italian grandma luxury" seat covers.
Beaded seat covers.
Metal dashboards.
Noisy mechanical turn signals.
Gas fumes and signature smells so strong that your friends know which car your mom drove you to school in.
Defrosters so ineffective, your family can't find your driveway. On your own block.
Newfangled radial tires that squeal like a new theme for The Twilight Zone.
Grandmas who reach back and lock your doors for you (now they lock themselves or ppl have central locking)
Non-synchro first gear
Log or brick (used on cold days to hold the gas pedal down while the car warms up in the driveway)
I'll stop now.

"Margie" happen to be short for Methuselah?
Tip out windsheilds, fold down windsheilds, pushrods, HVAC controlled by cables, not motors, vaccum, and a computer.
Also don't forget lever shocks
