I have made the dough and it is chilling in the fridge, during which time it will experience a certain amount of shrinkage. It's cold in there. 

OK, maybe not fancy, but certainly tasty, and made by our grand daughters with love. The ones in the plastic container supposedly have a Harry Potter theme. But what do I know? 

Chocolate double espresso, raspberry financiers, the round ones are Simit (an Armenian cookie), molasses cookies, Scotch shortbread.  Mrs Flat_4 likes to bake. 

Surprise pavlova! Seriously, I wasn't aware I was going to have to make this until I was informed last night. 

This is the after picture, obviously. We eat our food instead of instagramming it :)
