what if Kurt Busch is only being prosecuted because he outed a secret government assassin, and Kyle only crashed and broke his legs because the government wanted to show Kurt how mad they were at him?

BWTM, in October 2013 Travis Kvapil was charged with assault on a female and false imprisonment following a domestic dispute, he was allowed to race in that weekend's Bank of America 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. In January 2014, it was announced that Kvapil had accepted a plea deal in the case, pleading guilty in exchange for having the case dismissed following two years' probation, community service, and attending an anger management class.

Kvapil was to qualify for the 2015 Sprint Cup race in Atlanta, but was forced to withdraw when his car hauler and car were stolen from a hotel parking lot.
