While on LR's web site, ticket ordering page, I discovered that they are selling infield parking tickets with a hidden disclosure. " this ticket does not include admission to the track".
But if you buy the Race Day ticket it includes infield parking.
What is this ? Looks like a scam, to me ?
sounds like the same thing that happens at sebring, people are blind sided when they get to the track and have to buy a parking pass for their car.
My understanding is that it is guaranteed reserved infield parking. If you just show up with your race day ticket you may, or may not, get infield parking. They also reserve parking spots for many local clubs, manufacturer lots (BMW...), etc.

It seems logical that paying for infield parking is "admission to the track", although it's an expense in addition to an actual race ticket. Otherwise, one buys a ticket and walks into the infield.
Was this a misinterpretation of track policy or does the track need an intelligent writer to provide understandable copy?
They need to make the policy clearer.
