Super windy day here in N. Ohio.
Just as the sun is going down, all the lights in the house went dim.
Obviously the power is not 100% out but not enough power.
I've unplugged all the major appliances.
Power from the final pole to the house is all underground.
What else?
A brownout somewhere in your neighborhood, possibly some overhead wires have crossed or a branch fell on them. Not much you can do until it gets fixed. My utility has a number you can call where they provide updates on the anticipated time for repairs, you could check to see if your utility has something similar.
One phase went out. Keep everything important unplugged and report it if you haven’t already
It must be a big outage. The website to the electric company won't even load. Likely getting inendated.
My wife has heard from some others in town who are across town who have the same issue.
Lots of branches down here, and my DTE app says there are multiple outages, but ours is still on so far. My generator is fueled and ready if it goes out.
Electric company won’t go up in the buckets until the wind dies down if the problem is in the air.

<40 mph wind here before bucket service.
...and we're back! (for now)
Down about 2 hrs. We we hunker down for a cold night with lows of 25 degrees and windy.
We keep the house at 69 degrees. We were only down to 65 so far.
I wish you guys in Ohio would stop sending your crappy wind to my neighborhood. Wind came up her in Easton a little while ago, I just heard my (empty) recycle bin take flight.
My power stayed on, which was nice. The tree on my roof? Not so much.

I wish it was just my recycling bins trying to fly... My pool decided to try a backflip and folded in on itself
