I like the old grill better. The new one looks too generic to me. I do like the tail though.

I'm the opposite. I like the jag grill. the tail needs to go.

That's an MKS, which is similar to a Taurus though. This new one is an MKZ, which is based on the Fusion, so it's a bit smaller than that.

My opinion of the MKZ: Personally, I never disliked the old nose/grills. They reminded me of a steam locomotive with it's "cow catcher" coming straight at you. At least it was unique. But, it seems like I'm in the minority there.

The new design looks nice, but it's less unique. I see a lot of Audi/Chrysler 200 in the headlights, and a lot of Jag/Kia in the grill. Maybe even some Chrysler 300 inspiration in the overall feel.

To the design / styling teams at Ford,

As much as I respect what Ford is doing in the market right now, how a about creating your own design language and sticking to it? With the resources you have, do you have keep copying brands that you sold off?
