are we sure he's rich...he has an "X" so most of what he made in the past is gone and he hasn't done much lately so I don't think we can assume he has a significant amount of money any more.
The first time he was 3 times the limit. This time it was only two times the limit. It sounds like he's reforming to me.
This guy was my favorite driver back when he ran a Penske Marlboro car. Sad to see your childhood heroes fall.
