Would one of the Kirkey economy layback seats work? I have one 16" IIRC that is just about brand new (drilled and mounted but never used) Id sell pretty cheap
I know that MOMO Start seats were always too short for normal adults, so you may want to look for one of those.
Mail order Bride seats are pretty cheap.
