I am going to Misubishi MU-2 owners and operators meeting Friday the 1st and Saturday the 2nd. The meeting is finished at about 5pm, however my ride home is not leaving until Sunday. The meeting is near the Addison airport. Is there anything noteworthy to do on a Saturday night?
Last time I was in Dalla-Fort Worth area I went to Lockhard Smokehouse. Besides eating the best brisket in my life, it is located in the Bishop Art District which seems to be an interesting place to hang out. Take my advice with a grain of salt because I've only been there once time for a couple nights. I'll be in Fort Worth next week and I may drive over to Lockhart's instead of trying anything new. It was that good.
Is that the Cars n coffee Saturday? They have a very serious event. You can also get up to Dallas Karting Complex and rent karts that do 65mph on a full kart race course. The nightlife is great all over the city with Deep Ellum brewing company and the Londoner in Addyson being a few of my favorites.
