We have a local Borders closing and everything is 50-70% off. I was sorting through the limited amount of DVDs they have and I found a copy of Eric Bana's Love the Beast. I've heard a lot of great things about the documentary and can't wait to watch it. My wife likes Eric Bana as an actor, so I told her she needs to watch it with me.
For anyone who doesn't know what the movie is about, it's a documentary of Eric's 25 year love and obsession for his first car, a Ford Falcon XB Coupe. It goes from the time he bought the car all the way to the time he wrecked it in the the Targa Tasmania.

I've seen it, but I don't own it. We have three Borders closing in a 10 mile radius. I might have to look!
They're taking my Border's away, too. How much are they getting for the DVD? I looked for some for my daughter a few weeks ago but they were still $25 each.
They went out of business, based mostly on not having a competitive e-reader. That tells you something about the state of print these days. Soon, there will only be GRM left in print. We will have to use it for news, entertainment, education, and religion.
(so nothing will really change for most of us.
Yeah I have watched it. It is a movie I think given the budget everyone on this forum could relate to.

"Oh, that's our car down there."
I love that film, saw it about a year ago, I want to see it again after seeing this post
You can watch it on hulu.com now.
Love it. There are very few films out there that show what this insanity is really like, and that's one of them.
I just started watching it on Netflix.
This seems to be a regular thread
