This looked too good not to share. Local farm raised grass fed beef. Tomatoes from the garden. Local made cheese. Mm-mm.

What kind of chips are those. I love chips.
I planned an entire East coast vacation around driving out (from Chicago) to the Cape Cod Potato Chip factory and taking the tour that is advertised on the back of the bag.
Chips are store brand sour cream and onion. I just seem to be drawn to cheap potato chips. The saltier the better. With ridges FTW.
Grass-fed, pasture-raised beef is sooooooo much better than the corn-fed stuff from the grocery store. We just bought another 2/3 of a cow last week.
where do you get your beef? If you don't mind me asking, what do you pay? We buy from a local farmer we've been using for a few years now. After it's all said and done, we pay about $3.25 - $3.50 a pound by the time it's in our freezer. That's $3.25 a pound for ground beef, the whole loin, ribs, steaks, anything.
That looks delicious BTW..
I go to a local farmer's market. I paid about $6.50/lb for ground beef. Got a 1 1/4 inch thick strip steak on sale for 9.95/lb. Sure it's expensive but it tastes so good and helps the local economy.
There's a Farmer's Market right around the corner from us. In addition to amazing cuts of meat and fresh produce, they'll grill up a 1/2lb cheeseburger for you while you wait. For $3.50. With chips.

This is SO true. I would rather enjoy a small but high quality steak than stuff my gullet with 48oz of poor quality meat. It really does taste so much better.

Cape Cod Sea Salt and Vinegar chips = amazing.
I would like mine rare, with fresh crumbled blue cheese on it. And about 15 napkins to clean up all this drool please.
