So I started a website for the New Mazda 6 Diesel that should be showing up on our shores this summer. I did it mostly because I wanted to learn how to build a site, but also because I think this could be a great car and I wanted to have a resource similar to TDIclub.com for the Mazda. Since I don't own the car, it's hard to post how-to articles on mods/ideas. I also don't want to just post on the Mazda forums and tell people to come visit, because that's a little lame. How do I coax others into posting on the site? How do I get it to show up in a google search?

Pretty much all there is on the website is the forum, but feel free to check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks braintrust!

Download the plugin called Yoast SEO. Also get the Jet Pack plugin for better reporting unless you want to deal with Google Analytics.

Right now you have a new site with one post. That's not much content to get Google's attention. Get some more stuff on there.

Make sure all photos are optimized for what you want to show up for.

Once that is all done, ping the site using something like pingler.com or ping-o-matic.com to get it a little more attention.
