Maker Faire events are all over the country.
Anyone going to any of these?
We went last year and had a great time. Will try to go to our's again at the end of Sept. at Flushing Meadows, Queens

You can expect lots of interesting robotics, 3D printers, Arduino-based "hacks", etc.
It's an excellent, family-friendly event filled with "mad inventions".

I went to the one at The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn. Great fun day out for the family. The kids loved it, so did I. Just a collection of fun weird E36 M3. I'll throw up some pics tonight if I remember
