22,500. I've got 6-digits in 3 stocks.

If somebody looks at that company wrong you're going to eat dirt.

Yeah, I leveraged around 700k yesterday. Hope it works out...
I take it everyone is able to get back in?
I hate to say it but that's not the 1st time the site has gone down.

Its a total market ETF. As long as the US stock market doesn't crash, I'll be fine.
Went from -24k to -4k.
Lesson learned. Watched IPOs very closely. I fear I will take a loss on CYBR.
If I get another day like this you guys are going down. My gains are lowish only because of the sales I made.

Spoken like a poker player.

What does that actually mean?
Your gains are "lowish" because your gains are lowish. Well, actually you don't have any gains at all (and neither do I). You have losses.
Did you sell a bunch of stuff at a loss, therefore your "gains" should be more? Why?
I'm not being critical, just trying to understand what you are saying.
Are you saying you went "all in" knowing you had a pair of two's?
I got hammered this morning and ended up dumping a bunch of stuff I didn't research properly. Ended up almost $40k I think (according to google portfolio) up for today, but at one point I was another $40k down. Swung pretty far the other way.
I did sell a bunch of stuff at a loss, but tracking what I did sell, I would have had another day total in the red if I hadn't done what I did.
Basically what i'm saying is that if I hadn't started with crap this morning, I would have been up close to $80k for the day, putting me in the green overall.
Doesnt mean I think i'm awesome, just that i'm more proud of what happened than my relatively low gains show.
I probably used wrong terms everywhere because I have no idea what i'm doing.
OK, I'm in. I have no idea what I'm doing or what any of this stuff means but I'm going to have to learn.

Tell me a little more about this.
Did you buy before the split or after? Or doesn't it matter?
Are you saying the price was artificially driven down before the split, you bought, and are allowing it to adjust a bit before dumping?
You'll need to log in to post.
