I wonder what's going on with that. The show is basically a fictional re-enactment of a real house purchase. Are they trying to hide the buyers' real professions? Do they seek out trust fund babies who can shop for fancy houses perhaps?

My biggest problem with that billboard is that the rabbit and horse should change places, then the original line can be moved one. Rabbit is delicious, horse, not so much.

I'm annoyed the original meme is missing a word. "...people who their steak like this..."

Doneness seems likely (and I agree that looks great) but I half figured it was "cut" as in "hack into weird uneven pieces like they're using an unwieldy weapon."

It's also considered better to cut the steak across the grain, rather than with it. Randomly chopping it up like that is unlikely to achieve optimum steak outcomes.

I spent a little time last year learning up how to do steaks "right". For what you pay for a decent cut of meat, it's worth figuring out how to grille it properly.
