I've read a pretty good book about this project. The Russians knew we had them...wonder if they ever got anything of ours.
The book's title is America's Secret MiG Squadron: The Red Eagles of Project CONSTANT PEG if you want to read more.
Good read. I loved the bit at the end....great example of confirmation bias.
