Actually we just had a discussion about all the people we know that don't want kids too.

My rant:
It's the first real snowfall of the year and the road crews have dropped the ball already. We gave 6 inches of snow and it's raining now, there are many trees down too.
My wife couldn't make it to work as there are 5 cars sprayed across the road sideways, in the ditch and over trees just outside our driveway

No it's not, but not plowing for 24 hours is. The snow fell yesterday

Power went out around 10pm Tues. Power Co estimates they won't have it back on again until Saturday. Ugh.

I've probably ranted about this before, but I'm a-gonna do it again... They send out this corporate communication that everybody has to register in the new payroll system by December 1st. Cool. Got it. Dec 1st is the deadline, make sure I'm registered in the system by then.
That deadline is over a week away and yet I've gotten three or four "Hey, you haven't done the thing yet! Go do the thing right away!" messages.
I'm now waiting until next Friday to do it, just on principle.
