Any ideas on where to find a smaller than normal sliding patio door. It seems that a normal door like this is 80" high, with varying widths available. What I'm looking for would be 76"Hx72"L?

The places that sell manufactured homes usually sell the unique pieces for them too.
We have a local mobile home supplier called Aardvark Supply that gets windows, you may look into a mobile home supply store as well.
I know for a fact that you can ORDER many different sizes of doors through Lowes and Home Depot through companies like Pella and Care Free windows. You will probably out value the entire wall the window is attached to though.
Almost any of the replacement window places will be able to make whatever size you need.....but be prepared to grab your socks.
