But are you really stunned that we can argue this? I don't think you're giving us enough credit.

Remember, no one ever lost money betting against the stupidity of the American public. Someone made a million berkeleying dollars selling the pet rock, and we've not gotten any smarter since then.
Now that's funny
The lead singer of a band that I like apparently knows mad Mike and was there for the launch. I thought that was kinda funny.

That begs the question - how high do you have to go to prove the world is flat?
You don't have to go very high if you can just move off to the side of the giant disk or whatever it is they think we live on. Go sideways and find the edge. I guess they think that is the south pole and it is hard to get to though.

Nope, partially because there is no 'south pole' as we know it. Also, apparently 'nobody' has flown very far enough beyond the great ice wall surrounding us and returned to tell their tale.

Don't. He'll show up with a Biturbo and try to convince you it runs.

That sort of confidence makes a reasoned argument pretty much a waste of breath. I particularly liked the "NASA doesn't realize the world is flat because reasons" line. Wow.

Did you get to the last section? Where the Earth is infinitely accelerating because of the special theory of relativity? My head exploded.
