I am pretty sure that as a private motorhome, a CDL would not be required.
If it is required, a Class B CDL is pretty easy to get. State written exam and then a state approved road test and manuverability test.

Pretty sure that since it's an RV, presumably under 35,000#, then a normal license is enough.

I am skeptical of motorhomes. They seem like boats with wheels, as far as expenditures go.

At least they don't sink. Well, as long as you keep them out of the water obviously.
