What is the hives thought on when applications ask if you've had any moving violations. Is it lying/deceitful to say no if your insurance/DMV hasn't registered those tickets yet? I feel like saying yes is the right thing, however I also don't want to shoot myself in the foot. If the company isn't going to see them through a DL check, do they need to know?
