I know there are TONS of web content on Megasquirt out there, but being the middle of nowhere, and on dial up, surfing web content for what I'm looking for is a bit time consuming. Are there any good books out there, that cover building, and tuning a MS system?

Having experience with both publishing and MegaSquirt, if somebody tried to get a MegaSquirt-related book out through normal publishing channels, it would probably end up long out of date before it arrived on bookshelves. My book does have some MegaSquirt content, but last I heard, it was slated to come out in August.
GAH! August? I'm wanting to be boosting, for the trackday come end of march....
oh well. I guess it's lots and lots of WAITING, to load pages..
