On Dec 22, 2010 (the 39th anniversary of my birth) we welcomed into the family our beautiful newborn daughter Aria Lynn.
I can't imagine a better birthday/Christmas present. I was amused that her due date was so close to my birthday, it is amazing that it actually turned out to be the same day. Welcome to our house baby girl, we will do everything we can to be the best family we can be!
For my other birthday/Christmas present I bought myself a more family oriented project car.
What better way to deal with the fact project cars are taking a back seat for awhile than to get a project with a bunch of seats!

My mom's birthday is the 22nd (mine's the 21st) so I was a b-day present too
Congrats we welcomed my new great nephew Gavin Wayne on the 24th
I am very happy for you. There is simply nothing better than being the father of a daughter. Congratulations!

Not sure about the Egg. Reasonable brain says get it running and use it to haul the family. Unreasonable brain says find a way to get enough power under it to test the limits of the AWD. 
Congrats on the present. At least you guys weren't chest deep in a Miata build like last time, hehe.
That egg does look pretty nice. Make a family hauler out of this one and find a ratty one for crazy ideas.
We had one of our more experienced members autocross one a few summers ago. Wouldn't want to see a novice run one.

Funny thing is my birthday is on the same day as one of my grandmothers (Jan 25).

Older brother and sister seem to be handling it well.
Edit-older sister had shoulder length ringlets until she gave herself a haircut last week. 
Oh well, shes cute as a bug anyway.
