The front end is kind of interesting in a 60's Custom sort of way. No way is it worth 34K.

What's the bar behind the rear axle? Is that an exhaust hanger?

Weiand bottom end? Weiand doesn't make bottom ends, at least not now. Did they ever?

Never raced or dragged, huh? I volunteer to flip it over and drag it 1/4 mile.

Yup, old Ford pickup, a good chain, drag that thing somewhere where no sane person will have to look at it.

Looks like they grafted a 70's Vega front end....

I owned a '65 and a '66 Fastback....this makes me feel empty inside.

Classic Mustang + 60's show rod = Epic fail

The bar behind the axle is the badass exhaust hanger.

Looks like Jethro had a few too many PBRs

funny.. when I was little and corvette summer came out.. I thought it was a cool car.. but I guess when you are 8 (it came out in 1978) most any custom car looks good.. taste does not enter into the life of somebody until a little later in life

Lee Iacocca weeps and George Barris is beating on the inside of his coffin.

That thing is HIDEOUS. Even with a 'hopped 302' it's not worth a plugged nickel.

Well he had me with the power antenna, but the "glitter red" bass boat paint just sweetens the deal.

They look much better on my car.

I'll only respect that if you make it right hand drive and get Danny Bonaduce to sit shotgun.

While the car is hideous, I do understand the feelings about automotive obsession.

It needs to be painted black and called the Batmobile. For $34,000, a car like that should not have rust on the front rotors or drums (I'm hoping they're rotors.), and the fuel tank should not look that crappy. At least with a car like that, you'll always be able to find it in a crowded mall parking lot.

With a grille like that, it needs to have lipstick applied and be called the Jokermobile.

And you're right about the $34K.
