For the rest of you, not so much an inside joke as the unthinkable--it's a calendar with pictures of (nearly) naked clowns. It's a reference to our own clown presence at the Challenge, a developing tradition (I got one earlier, but fortunately managed to "lose" it) and it's just creepy to boot.
